Bees
As part of becoming a better global citizen, I am following up on what we can do to help the bees that live around us. I have picked up with Roland Berger and Wolfgang Schmidt who run a purely natural Demeter apiary and will be learning how to keep my own bees. This is a long-term photo project, stay tuned for updates!

In 2012 I undertook to take a picture every day in an attempt to expand my photographic horizons and push me to deliver something new as often as possible. Although I didn't manage to stick by the "every day" rule (I sometimes posted pictures taken on different days), I did manage to provide one picture per day, documenting a lot of what I did in 2012. I certainly did learn a lot about photography and different techniques, so I'm glad I did it. I won't be doing it again though - it's just too much stress!
Where (My) Kids Were
Saw this beautiful idea online and decided to do something similar (well, actually exactly the same!). I'll be posting journalistic shots of evidence of my kids' existence here.
LEGO Minifigures
My son has an innate ability to take LEGO Minifigures apart and combine them in ways that make me laugh. Here are some pictures of our growing collection.
Minibeasts
I have always had a passion for the miniature World that is right there but we don't see in all its glory because we don't look closely enough. Macro photography has enabled me to get close and often really see things for the first time - and it's incredible how beautiful some of these creatures are!
